Parts of rotating kiln:
Kiln Shell: The bottom of the kiln shell is evenly distributed with several floating base plates for convenient installation and replacement.
Main Gear.
Drive: When the main power cuts off, the auxiliary drive motor can still work to prevent the kiln shell from bending.
Support Roller: The support roller is a key part of rotary kiln which bears whole weight of kiln shell and fixes the kiln shell to ensure safe and stable operation.
Hydraulic Thrust: The main function of hydraulic thrust is to ensure the axial reciprocating movement of riding ring and kiln shell at a certain speed, as well as to make riding ring and support roller stressed uniformly, resulting in prolonging the service life.
Sealing device: The rotary kiln is sealed with graphite to achieve good sealing performance. There are 2 ways to prevent the overstock of fine particle clinker, either by discharging the clinker into bottom ash hopper or into the grate cooler directly.

Rotary cement kiln kiln: There are several floating bottom plates evenly distributed at the bottom of the cement rotary kiln cylinder, which is convenient for the installation and replacement of the rotating kiln.
Driving system of cement kiln: When the main power supply of the rotary cement kiln is cut off, the auxiliary drive motor can still work to prevent the kiln body of the cement rotary kiln from bending.
Rotating kiln support wheel: The support wheel of the cement kiln is a key component of the rotary cement kiln. It bears the entire weight of the cement rotary kiln cylinder, fixes the rotating kiln cylinder, and ensures the safe and stable operation of the cement kiln cylinder.
Hydraulic thrust of rotary cement kiln: The main function of the hydraulic thrust of the cement rotary kiln is to ensure that the support ring and the kiln body of the rotating kiln do axial reciprocating motion at a certain speed, and to make the support ring and the support wheel evenly stressed, thereby extending the service life of the cement kiln.
Sealing device of rotary cement kiln: The cement rotary kiln adopts graphite seal, which has good sealing performance. There are two ways to prevent the accumulation of fine-particle clinker. One is to discharge the clinker into the bottom ash hopper of the rotating kiln, and the other is to discharge it directly into the grate cooler of the cement kiln.
